ShowFlow is an online marketplace for booking live musicians, bands, DJs, and other performers for events in Georgia: weddings, corporate events, restaurants, hotels, bars, and private parties.

Clients search verified Artist profiles, send a booking request for a date, agree the fee and conditions with the Artist in the Platform chat, confirm the booking by paying a deposit by card, and manage the booking until the event. Artists list a profile, receive requests, set their fee, and get paid after the event.

The service ShowFlow itself provides is intermediation as the Artist's commercial agent: matching, messaging, booking confirmation, collecting the deposit on the Artist's behalf, paying it out to the Artist, invoicing, and dispute handling. The performance is delivered by the Artist at the event.

All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). Each Artist sets their own performance fee, shown on their profile as a starting price and confirmed as an exact quote for each booking. The Client pays exactly that quote, nothing more.

ShowFlow's only charge is a commission of 15% of the quote, but not less than ₾10 per booking, paid by the Artist and deducted from the deposit ShowFlow receives on the Artist's behalf. It includes VAT (18%) where applicable. There are no registration, subscription, or listing fees, and no fee for the Client.

Worked example for a ₾1000 quote: the Client pays ₾1000 by card on showflow.ge. ShowFlow keeps ₾150 (of which VAT ₾23) and after the event transfers ₾850 to the Artist.

The exact deposit, balance, and payout for every booking are shown on screen before the Client pays and before the Artist accepts, and again on the confirmation email and the invoice.

Payment method: Visa and Mastercard (Georgian and foreign cards) through the secure payment page of Bank of Georgia. The merchant of record is ShowFlow LLC, receiving the deposit as the Artist's commercial agent. Card data is entered on the bank's page and is never seen or stored by ShowFlow. Payments are 3-D Secure protected. The full quote is charged online.

Delivery: the service is delivered on the event date agreed in the booking, at the venue the Client specifies. Booking confirmation is immediate after payment and is sent to both parties in the Platform and by email, with a booking number.

Currency of charge: GEL. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.

Invoices for ShowFlow's fees are generated automatically for each completed booking and are available in your account.

Cancellation terms depend on how far before the event the booking is cancelled: more than 14 days, full refund; 14 to 3 days, 50% of the deposit refunded; under 3 days, no refund. Artist cancellations, no-shows, and force majeure are always refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original card within 3 to 10 business days after ShowFlow initiates them.
