Terms of Service

ShowFlow is a marketplace that connects musicians and venues for events in Georgia. We provide search, profiles, messaging, AI-drafted contracts, and booking-status tracking.

We are not a party to the agreement between an artist and a venue. The booking, performance, and payment terms are between those two parties. We facilitate the conversation; we do not sign on either side.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ShowFlow.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our acceptable-use rules, or applicable law.

Don't post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.

Don't use the service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service's operation. The /api/credentials master-key endpoint is rate-limited and monitored.

Don't impersonate another person or claim affiliations you don't have.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile photos, bios, sample tracks, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to run the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Booking requests are non-binding inquiries. A booking becomes a commitment only when both parties accept the AI-drafted contract via the chat acceptance flow, or otherwise agree in writing.

Payments and fees between artist and venue are arranged outside ShowFlow at this stage. Once we add platform-mediated payments, separate payment terms will apply.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including for maintenance.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for performance disputes between artists and venues. Our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) 100 GEL.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect users or the service.

Termination doesn't affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive (e.g. content licenses for content you've already shared with a counterparty).

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory consumer-protection law specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify users on the site or by email; the dated heading above always reflects the current version.
