FAQ
- Who pays the commission?
- The artist. ShowFlow deducts 15% (VAT included) from the deposit it holds and transfers the rest to the artist after the event. Clients never pay more than the artist's quoted price.
- When does the commission get charged?
- Only when a booking is confirmed and the event happens. If a booking is cancelled before the event by mutual agreement, no commission is charged.
- Are there hidden card fees?
- No. The bank's card fee is ShowFlow's cost. The deposit you see on the booking summary is exactly what is charged to your card.
- What if the event is disputed?
- The deposit stays with ShowFlow until the dispute is decided, within 7 business days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full rules.
