FAQ
- When does the commission get charged?
- Only when a booking is confirmed and the event happens. If a booking is cancelled before the event by mutual agreement, no commission is charged.
- Are there hidden card fees?
- No. Card and bank-transfer fees are passed through at cost. You see them as a separate line on the booking summary.
- What if the event is disputed?
- Funds stay in escrow during the dispute. See our Escrow policy for the full release and refund mechanics.
